Hi everyone,

Dont make a lot of cupcakes but I need a batch of 40 that will all be the same size…any tips on the amount to put in each case? xx

What is the recipe you are using? how many cupcakes does it say it will make and what is the total weight of the batter? To calculate the weight of the batter add the weight of all the ingredients together. To calculate the weight of 1 cupcake divide the total weight of the ingredients by the number of cupcakes the recipe makes.
If the recipe you have says 12 cupcakes and you want to make 40 cupcakes, an adjustment to the total batter will have to be made. Let me know if you’d like futher help or information calculating the recipe you are using or if you would like a basic recipe to make 40 cupcakes. x

I always use an ice cream scoop. You get the same amount in each case !!
