How do you manage to get some cupcakes completely flat and some domed? thanks.
For flat top cup cakes I fill and bake according to the recipe instructions, for domed cupcakes just raise the temperature slightly. Keep an eye on them though because the timing will be out and you wouldn’t want them to burn. I get really lovely CCs if the mixture is not over mixed. Have a look also at Mrs Jones’ cupcake tutorial, she has perfectly flat cupcakes.
