I have an order for 100 cupcakes with buttercream frosting and edible corporate logo toppers. I’ve gotten the logos printed with edible ink. Is it possible to attach the logos to fondant plaques before placing them on top of the buttercream? How long in advance can i make the toppers. I’m also from the caribbran so heat and humidity is a factor. Any advice will be a great help .
