Hi does anyone have a decent hibiscus flower tutorial, im wanting to make some to go on top on a cake for a cake international comp next month not sure if I can use wires in my category I have cutters and ordered a veiner but im not sure how to put it all together please don’t say that happycakebake youtube vid its not that detailed so any other suggestions??? 🙂 xx

It could probably be made without wires like in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fTyHClJ48RA&list=PLCF82F2FB7FB86110&index=12 The demonstrator apologises for the picture quality but it’s clear enough to see what she’s doing.
The happycakebakes demo seems to be the most favoured in caking world and I don’t know what the criteria is for competitions.
