Deep rich fruit cake
I need to make a 6inch 9inch and 12inch rich fruit cakes they need to be 4 inch deep, has anyone got a recipe for deep cakes.

Any recipe can be scaled up for different sizes here:

The tool to use for depth of cake is the cakeometer. Click on the cakeometer link and it will take you to the site.
You’ll see the ingredients calculator, all you have to do is fill in the ingredients of your existing recipe, size and shape of tin, proceed to the next section, fill in the details as before including any changes you want to make.
The ingredients will automatically appear for the new sized recipe. You’ll need to do this for each size tin.
