Needing to make a dirt/motorbike model. I have not started as yet but was worried about the middle section of the bike falling. Should I use florist paste to keep it upright between the wheels

Could you secure it with cocktail sticks underneath it to secure it whilst it dries. if its not going to be eaten I’d use florist paste or if it is use sugarpaste and Tylo and work it in stages to dry it
