Hi I’ve made the duck I have to say I’ll have to have another go haha
In the video Paul uses 250g of yellow I think he uses half of that for the body?He is very good at just looking at thing and gets the size just right!!!!! Were as I have to weigh eve very thing and still get it wrong , Also I’v made the chocolate cake and thats turned out good lets hope it taste ok. Kath.x

Try 140g for the body, 60g for the head and the remainder for the wings and tufts of hair, how does that sound to you? glad your cakes turned out well. x
