Welcome to the Cake Decorators Q&A

HELP!
I am making a carrot cake which needs 8 medium eggs, picking the box up, one of the eggs had broken and the box slipped out of my hands. I now have 3 medium eggs and 1 extra large! My car is out of action, and I live up a mountain, so walking to the shop is not on the cards.
I have promised the cake for tomorrow, can anyone PLEASE help me with a (preferably tried) suggestion?

thank you so much, I had both gelatine and arrowroot in the cupboard, but it was a carrot cake, so I went for the banana option! It doesn’t look any different, but if anything it tastes nicer. There’s a “oh what’s that flavour” feel to it now, I may keep it that way!
