Hi, I tried this recipe already, the proble is it doesn’t hold its shape by piping roses, it collaps.
For cookie decorating its oke.
Í want a recipe using soy protein, thats very close to egg protein, but can’t find the right amount of confectionars sugar/ spy protein and lemon juice.
Wondering if I can add cornstach to hold its shape?
