There are lots of videos on youtube for fire engine cakes. Some with a fireman model. Hope this helps. x

I made my son a Jupiter fire engine cake for his 4th birthday. I got the instructions from Debbie Brown’s Children’s Character Cakes book. It gives you all the details on how to carve and cover the cake and finishing touches. I was up till 1pm finishing the cake but it was worth it! The book can be purchased through Amazon.
