flour
sorry for asking you again but I just came from the Supermarket and here in switzerland we do only have one type of flour, the common White one and we have to add the baking pouder. What can I do?

If you can get baking powder, (I think it’s called backpulver in Swizerland) add 3 level teaspoons to 225g of plain flour, mix well and use as self raising flour.
Also type in the above search box ‘baking powder’ where there may be other answers.
