Hi

Does anybody know how long flower paste flowers keep after being made up? I assume they will keep for months but not really sure.

They last for years if stored properly. To store, keep them in a card board box, airtight plastic boxes make the flower paste/gumpaste sweat and spoil. Lightly protect with some tissue paper and keep in an ambient temperature. They will wilt and soften if exposed to humidity and will fade if left in sunlight. I have flowers which I made three years ago and they’re exactly the same as when I made them.
Let them dry off really hard and you shouldn’t have any problems.
