please can somebody tell me how I attach flowers cascading down a three teired wedding cake . I have watched a video on you tube on how to attach roses onto wire but how do I attach the wire to the cake. as I have learnt that you are not supposed to put wire into cake .

If you put in the search box ‘attaching heavy gumpaste flower into wedding cake’ there are some answers there which may help. The beach scene cake tutorial shows how to use posy picks, and I think also the Vintage pearl cake tutorial. If you don’t use wired flowers you can stick the flowers on with Royal icing which sets hard. If they are not too big you could use extra strong white chocolate ganache. Hope this helps.
