Hi There!

Is it possible to put a Dulce de Leche Chantilly cream cake on top of a fondant covered board cake? Will the chantilly ceam melt on the fondant board?

Hi Monica

As the cake contains chantilly cream, it will need refrigerating until required for serving. I would suggest that you place the cake on a small cake card (same size as the cake) and when ready to serve, place it on the fondant coverd board. This way you will not spoil the fondant covered board from the mositure of the chantilly nor from the moisture in the fridge.
