Yes you can freeze a ganached cake. Let the ganache set and wrap it in a few layers of parchment paper foil or cling wrap and place it in a cake box before freezing. The wrapping is to protect it from freezer burn. Defrost overnight at room temperature. There will be a certain amount of condensation which will dry off.
