Going Full Time
I have been making and decorating cakes, part time for a year now, and have also been supplying a local cafe with home-made cakes.
I find I am being asked for more celebration cakes, and have been hard pushed to get them completed on time, due to work commitments. A friend has suggested I give up my job (that I don’t really enjoy anyway) and concentrate on the cakes and catering I am doing instead which gives me more enjoyment.
Decision time – what should I do as I am sorely tempted to go full time on the cake business.

Yip…I started off making the odd cAke here and there for friends…discovered there was a demand locally, so made a FB page and so far so good!……..wouldn’t change a thing…great fun! X
