Hi Cairns

I’ve done this cake but on a much smaller scale. I can’t give you precise amount, for a 10″ I should think you’d need to allow at least one and half kilos of the Lincoln green, you’ll have some left over, for the board and trees approx one kilo of bottle green, for the smaller items eg bunkers, golf bag and clubs, golfer, I’d be inclined just to get 250 g of white, divide it up and colour fondant for the various small items. I expect you’ve got some odd bits of left over fondant from other projects, they’d be ideal for the job and it would save you the expense of buying pre coloured fondants.
You’ll need a 14″ cake drum and say approx a metre and half of 15mm ribbon, (it is less than that), your decorating store would be able to calculate that for you. Other equipment you’d need will be a stitchy tool for marking the clothing, veining tool for forming lines, a set of paint brushes. The lustre colours used are woodland green, forest green and apple green. That’s just me eye balling the tutorial, I hope this info helps.
