Hi Paul,

I would like to male the guitar cake and you recommend to use a 10inch pan. Could you kindly say how deep the pan should be? Also what type of fondant did you use?

Paul would have used a standard 3″ deep cake pan. At the time of making that tutorial, Paul was using Renshaws sugarpaste. In the lesson where he is rolling out the paste, the Renshaw sugarpaste boxes can be seen clearly in the racking behind him.
