Can you let me know the amount of sugar paste needed for this cake. Thanks

I haven’t made the highland cow but I think by eye balling the tutorial this is how much approximately you’d need:

Fur and legs 2k
Board 500g possible less but Paul does say to keep the paste thick for the board as it will be texturized
Face and hoofs 300g
muzzle app 40/50g
For the horns Paul has used 200g florist paste

The guys on the site are updating the older tutorials. If you want accurate weights just email the site. Hope this helps.
