Hi, I’m in the middle of making the westie cake and I have the sugarpaste on but after a while the head fell off. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this without having to start all over again? 🙁

I expect you’ve managed to rescue your little dog by now. If you haven’t repaired him how bad is the damage? If the icing is ripped all the way down you may need to start again.
All I can suggest is to rescue as much of the sugarpaste as possible and have another go. Any repair work, unless right at the top where the body and head meet, will need smoothing in and will probably be more work than if you just re-did it. (Ganache the head really well and let it set hard before re-icing.) Difficult to say really without seeing it. I hope you’ve managed to put it back together.
