It just depends on how big a cake you bake. 8″ will serve about 20 and a 8″ square will be roughly 25-27 depending on how the cake is cut! Hope this is of help to you!

Hello Somethingsweet29

I did a 60 cake a few years back, can’t remember how many serving we got out of but it was loads! We cut finger slices and everyone got some including me who never gets a piece. I also baked an actual size ukulele which my sister refused to cut at her party, just as well because it wasn’t needed.
It all depends on how big a piece of cake your client wants to serve, if you’re frugal with the slices you should be able to get 40 – 50 portions. Another little tip, if your tin is bottomless turn it over the wrong way and fill. This way when the cake is baked the flat side will be the right side, hope you follow what I’m saying.
