I have taken an order for a helter skelter wedding cake. Does anyone know how to go about making and attaching the slide. I would appreciate any help here, She wants a tiered cake as opposed to a cone shape. Thanks.

Hi, what a great idea for a cake. I went to google images and typed in helter skelter cake and there are a few tiered cake there.
I think i would carve each tier, before ganaching and covering with fondant, then make a rail to go down the sides using a straight frill cutter, (used in the carousel and cottage tutorial).
