How long can a ganache cake last??
Was wanting to know how many days a ganache cake is safe left at room temperature? If i have a cake with lots of decorating to be done how many days can i start before wedding??

I start decorating three or four days before a wedding depending on what type of cakes I have used. You’ll find many comments on the topic by visiting the the search suggestions. Hope they help.
