Can anyone tell me how to make corals for mermaid cake , have seen corals made by isomalt on cake boss , any suggestions on it. Also any other ideas for underwater theme are welcome

Take the stems from a bunch of grapes dry in a low oven.dip in royal icing,colored or brush ppowder colour on when dry.it looks realistic
