I was just viewing how to make Ganache, I am from Australia could you be a bit more specific on the quantities. How much is a pint and how much is lbs? Excuse my ignorance but I prefer grams.

568.26 ml = 1 pint

453.59 g = 1 pound

I just round the fractions up if the are over .5
