I haven’t made this cake yet. I would just dismantle the head from the body and remove any other inedible parts then slide the cake off of the central structure for slicing. I think it might be best to dismantle the cake out of sight just in case anyone is sentimental enough to get upset! I know how upset I became when I cut my first teddy cake, it was sooo sad!!
