Your 30 x 40 cm tin is 12 x 16 inch. The moist choco cake is set for 10 ” square tin, you will find this information under ingredients in the tutorial for the recipe. To convert the ingredients go here http://www.cakeflix.com/blog/how-to-work-out-what-size-cake-tin-to-use and either use the ready rekoner or the cakeometre app to get the amount you need. The cakeometre might be better as it will take into consideration the height of the tin you are using. Paul’s tin is 3″ deep. Hope this helps.
