Hello everyone
Recently there have been enquiries from members regarding the Carmas Massa Ticino Tropic fondant as used by Paul and several guest tutors includiing Fay Cahill. The fondant has been difficult to purchase in the UK. The good news is it can now be purchased at Windsor Cake Craft with free postage offer on purchases over £20.00. It’s possible Windsor will also be stocking the pre coloured Massa in the future, although the member of staff whom I spoke with this morning can not confirm if or when. Windsor will have a stand at the Nec Cake show in November where they will be able to answer questions on this product.
If anyone would like to order the Massa online please select Standard Postage at the checkout to get your postal offer as it will not do it for you automatically. Hope this information helps.

Jackie, the link I posted is showing the smaller tub, they do have a 7.5k tub, I hope you managed to see it.
I don’t know why only one size came up in the link.
Hi, No I did not see the large tub and order the 2.5kg tub. But that’s ok because I can try it first for taste before ordering a big tub. You can still get free postage with the smaller tub because its more that £20. Thanks. Looking forward to getting it next week.
