Hi There, was just wondering if the chocolate cake can be done in cupcakes as well

Yes – this recipe works well for cupcakes too, just reduce the baking time and keep an eye on things, but approx 15-20 mins.

This week we are filming cupcakes being baked along with a sponge recipe. Both will be on the site over the next couple of weeks.
