Hi annabel

Have a look at this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Battery-Operate-LED-Lights-LED-bulbs-paper-lanterns-wedding-party-decoration-/150833372497 It’s a single bulb battery operated led light which could be fixed into a pastilage or gumpaste window frame without touching the cake. If you need to see other forums just google ‘ lights inside cakes’ to view discussions on this topic. I used a small light which looked like a stud on a phone cake I made a couple of years ago. I bought it here http://www.glow-sticks.org/Bohemia-String-Lights.html they may still have them, might be an idea to give them a phone call. Hope other members can help out too. x
