I’ve been asked to make a Handbag cake in a leopard print design. Making the cake is easy, my problem is I need an easy way to get the leopard print design on my icing.

Hello Sweets2,

I did a leopard and a zebra print cake a while back. I used the mat from sweetwise as it was easier.

However if you roll out some black and some brown sugar paste and keep covered, then roll out your main colour, all I did was tear bits of black and add bits of brown to the centre and placed it onto the main colour, then gently take a rolling pin and roll it in to the main one.
