Hi I’m having trouble with the video not working for lesson 2 Santa christmas cake “how to make Santa”
It wont play past 1.40 mins. I’ve tried a number of times. I’m rather disappointed, as a new member I’m hoping this is a one off.

I’ve just played the tutorial through and it is slow but working. I view in firefox, sometimes changing browsers helps. If you click on contact then the highlighted help section & scroll down toward the bottom, there are suggestions what to try if a video doesn’t play. You won’t be disappointed with the site Susane, the team are constantly making improvements. Occasionally there is a small glitch, but it soon gets sorted out.

Just a quick addition to Madeitwithlove’s comment;

Apologies for any problems you’ve been having, some of the older courses are in a different layout which causes them to play slowly for select users and unfortunately we’ve found this can be down to many different reasons, so we’re currently going through our entire backlog to change this (there’s a lot of them!) but if you continue to have problems, let me know and I’ll change this course over for you – [email protected].
