I’m having the same difficulty as another member. The lessons won’t load properly for viewing. It just keeps playing the “overview” over again, even though it says I’m at a different lesson step. Could it be because I’m on a mobile device, my IPad? I’m new to Bradford, so don’t know if the lesson work on mobile devices.

The lessons do work on the vast majority of portable devices although you may find the error you are seeing is because you are either not logged in or perhaps logged into a free account as opposed to a paid premium account.

If you’re a free member don’t worry, the overview will be shown on any videos you don’t have permission to view, of course if you’re a logged in paid member and still having trouble let me know by emailing [email protected]

If your problem has not resolved it may be better to email [email protected] for technical advice.

That happens if you are not logged in. Maybe try logging off and back on and see if that works?
