Lion face ingredients and tools
Hi,
I was hoping to make the lion face cake in the next week or so. I was wondering if the ingredients and tool lists will be added to the video any time soon as I’m not sure how much chocolate sugar paste i require and how much butter cream and icing for the face I would.
Any help would be much appreciated,

Hi Samera
I can help you with approximate quantities, you will need:
10″ sponge cake of your choice
1.5 k chocolate fondant
500 g teddy bear brown fondant
40 g black fondant
40 g white fondant
small amount red fondant for the tongue
Glaze spray (optional)
pasta for support
Lustre colours
Claret wine
duskey lilac
sherry
gold
rose dust for blush
Tools
Small knife
bone tool
ball tool
dresden tool
veining tool
selection fluted oval cutters
selection round cutters
number 6 brush
pritt stick
You will also need ribbon enough for the 14″ board.

I forgot the butter cream. I should think 2 quantities butter cream of your choice or follow Paul’s tutorial in the free sections. Sorry ’bout that!
