making vanilla and chocolate cupcake to dome

Hi there,

I have tried both the vanilla and chocolate recipes that you have provided. I am happy using it in making cakes because of the flatness. And from this, I am not wasting too much cake as I won’t need to trim it. But when it comes to cupcakes that I need for making decorated ones, I couldn’t make it dome even a bit. How could I make the cupcake achieve the perfect dome that I want.

I put a little more mix into the cases and raise the baking temperature up slightly, that makes them dome. Hope this helps.
