How long in advance can you make marzipan flowers? Thank you

Marzipan is as good as the use by date of the packaging. You can make them up and that’s how long will be last.
Once made store them is an airtight box for freshness, they will crust slightly but won’t go hard like gum paste or fondant and will still taste lovely if for eating. If only for decoration they will keep for a year + if stored properly. However the marzipan will eventually lose natural oils contained in the almonds from which it is made and become dry, crumbly and faded.
