Hi, have you ever been trying to make a melissa shoe? I mean it should look like it is made of one piece of paste, without any stitches. How to achieve such an effect?

Real Melissa shoes are made in moulds. I guess to get a similar look you’d have to either use chocolate moulds, or perhaps make them with gumpaste in the normal way and then completely cover with fondant to give a moulded appearance. Other members may have better ideas.
