Help! Can anybody help me please. I’m looking for the recipe for milk chocolate ganache. I know it’s in the site somewhere but I’m gone demented trying to find it. Thanks a million times.

The recipe for milk chocolate ganache varies. Some people do 2:1 ratio and others 2 1/2: 1 ratio However, it doesn’t set very well sometimes so it’s best treated as white chocolate 3:1 ratio. This is because milk and white chcolate contain very little cocoa solids and not as strong as dark chocolate.
