I know in the video you said that you don’t have to use a mixer, but is it ok if you want to use one?

Is this for the moist chocolate cake recipe? If you want to use a mixer it should be on low speed and only until the mixture just combines. This recipe does not require aerating as is the creaming method, Paul’s instructions are not to over mix, the texture should be like a muffin batter.
