Anyone got a good moist butter cake recipe that can be cover by fondant.

For some reason my computer is not allowing me to cut and paste a recipe i wanted to put up for you.. but if you look up Gretchen Price at Woodland Bakery, her recipes for absolutely everything she bakes is superb.. she has a Golden vanilla butter cake recipe which is the only one i’ll ever use.. sometimes i halve the vanilla quantities though, as it can seem to dominate.. i use this cake as the base of all my crazy flavours too such as bubblegum, apple pie etc.. its awesome to carve too.. sorry i can’t post it, but maybe put it in the search engine and it should come up. good luck
