Moist rich chocolate cake

Anyone know how long the moist chocolate cake is good for please? If a party is on Saturday what is the earliest that you can bake and wrap in clingfilm or bake and ganache if being stored at room temperature? thanks 🙂
P.S I love this recipe and am going to try it with gluten free flour soon and see how it turns out! I always have to slice the top off as it always has a crust but apart from that it’s fab. had some very good feedback
