Hi

Im going to have a go at the monster cake and am about to order some bits for it.
I noticed there are 9 dowells on the list. could someone confirm where these are used as it seems rather a lot.

It may say in the tutorial but I havent got sound until I get home tonight so cant listen to the tutorial and was hoping to do an order.
I cant tell from the video as dummies are being used so there are no dowells used.

I should think they’d be used when stacking the cakes. Tutorial asks for 3 x 6″ round cakes and 2 x cake cards. Perhaps 4 dowells each layer and 1 centre dowel.
