Could someone please help me I would love to make paul’s chocolate cake in either 8 or 10 inch but I dont know how to work out the ingredients for each size tin I did half it into an 8 inch tin but I think my oven was to high at 150 and I had a big dome top so once I
cut that off it didn’t leave much cake but tastes lovely.

If you go to the tutorial http://www.cakeflix.com/online-cake-decorating-courses/free/moist-chocolate-recipe#ingredients you will see that the whole recipe will fit into a 10″ square tin which is the figure to use when scaling.
