I have been asked to make a naked wedding cake. How do you all plan the setting up of the cake in order to prevent it from drying out by the time the couple actually serve the cake in the evening?

It’s better to use a heavy duty or strong cling film which can be purchased from catering supply stores or online from Amazon. The thinner dometic type isn’t strong enough and is a devil to rip off.
