Hi janeylfc

I’ve had a look. It’s a busy pattern which could work to your advantage. I would airbrush it as far as the stencil will allow and join it from a point as close as you can so it looks continuous. If you keep that as the back of the cake it won’t be that noticable. Practice first on a dummy cake, if you haven’t got a dummy wrap some paper around a 10″ round tin to help you find the join point when spraying. You’d need to wash the stencil and dry thoroughly before attempting the fill in to avoid smudges. If I was doing this I’d need to cut the stencil so it fitted the space I was spraying, I’m not suggesting that you do it too. Alternatively, since time is pressing, you could post your question on the Claire Bowman facebook site for a more positive response. I hope something works out for you.
