Welcome saraazi, I’ve really found the courses helpful. So far I’ve adapted a few of the designs to suit what I was doing. The tips you pick up as you watch the courses are really invaluable. I haven’t seen half of what is on here and I became a member at the NEC November last year!

Welcome Saraazi I am also new to the site and not only have I found the courses very rewarding and helpful the Q7A page is a great way to get answers to those questions not covered in the courses in particular the help and assistance madeitwithlove gives.

Welcome to the site, there’s so much to learn here! To view all the courses just click on the tab which reads online courses, this will take you to the A-Z (click) where you can scroll down and select the tutorial you want. There is also the free/beginners section full of information. The overhead tabs will guide you throughout the site and help you find your way around. There are recipes in the baking section or you can find them in the main tutorials. Paul has one recipe ‘Paul’s moist chocolate cake’ , Mrs Jones has a cupcake and Victoria sandwich recipe. You’ll also find a long shelf life chocolate mud cake recipe in the main tutorial library or in this blog http://www.cakeflix.com/blog/how-to-make-chocolate-mud-cake. The blog section has lots of useful information about cake portions, how to scale recipes up or down, and troubling shooting. If you have more questions or need help you can post in Q&A where members help one another. Hope this helps, happy baking and decorating.
