In lesson 2 when applying sugarpaste to make the rainbow, why do you sugarpaste the sides first then the rest? Why not sugarpaste all the rainbow in one go?

Hi RajD

Paul ices the rainbow in sections to give a sharper, neater finish. It’s quite an awkward shape to ice all in one.
