Ombré effect ganache
Hi I am enquiring if I could have this effect on a cake if so would it be a matter of mixing small batches and colouring then applying

I would think you’d do it in exactly the same way as it’s done with buttercream. White ganache has quite a heavy yellow tinge and this must be taken into account when mixing some colours eg you may not get a true blue. Ganache can be lightened by whisking it gently, not for too long as it will become grainy.
