You’ve definitely not made a mistake by joining. The is lot of help and support here:
Please scroll down to ‘Membership support’ and click on the information which says ‘ I have paid for membership, but can’t access courses’. Follow the instructions there. If you are still unable to access lessons you’ll find the contact for the support team in the same section. Hope you’re up and running soon! 🙂
