Oven temp gauge
Hi Guys can anyone advise on a oven temp gauge.?
I currently have a Salter gourmet one.
Oven at 160 gauge at 140
180 160
200 170
etc…
I thought my oven was 10 out
this seems not the case.
Need to get a decent temp gauge any recommendations?

Most of the hang in the oven thermometers do the job just fine. Here’s a good one:
